Refund Policy

At Just Move It Bachata Dance School, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our students. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions, as detailed below. Please read the full refund policy carefully before requesting a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Class Cancellations by Just Move It: If we cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the class.

• Class Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance in a class or event a full refund can be given if you notify us within 12 hours.

3. Cancellation of Classes by You

• Regular Group Classes: If you need to cancel your enrolment for a regular group class, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance before the class starts for a refund, anything short Just Move It has the right to not honour the refund

• Workshops and Special Events: For workshops, private lessons, or special events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone.

We will process the refund as follows:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time of cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

• Please note that the original payment processing fees may not be refunded in some cases.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may not be refundable, including:​

• Non-Attendance: If you do not attend a class, workshop, or event and fail to notify us in advance, the payment will not be refunded.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards or vouchers purchased from Just Move It are non-refundable.

6. Special Circumstances

In certain exceptional cases (e.g., injury or medical emergency), we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a situation that prevents you from attending a class or event, please contact us immediately, and we will discuss possible options, which may include a partial refund or rescheduling.

7. Refunds for Physical Products (if applicable)

If you purchase physical products such as dance gear, merchandise, or other items from our website or studio, the following applies:

• Return of Merchandise: We accept returns of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product.

• Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

8. No Show Policy

If you fail to attend a class, workshop, or event without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Please make sure to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend any session.

9. Refunds for Private Lessons

• Private Lesson Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel a private lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a refund or reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time.
